The Magic Off Kenji
In a world that just recently re-discovered magic and over 100 000 years of lost human history. A few weeks after magic was re-discovered eleven powerful people started building an artificial island city south of Japan. A place where they study magic and everything related to it. The city island later got the name Magic City which became one of the first places to teach people how to use magic and is now the biggest place for magic research.
After the city was built the world came under threat from a hidden group called Daeevocate - the only people that could stop them were the Guardian Angels.
Guardian Angels are people that the Creator of this world created to protect us from demons and others that would threaten this world. Every time a Guardian Angel dies they reincarnate into another body. A year after magic was re-discovered the Guardian Angel of Ice fell onto a boy's balcony.
I (Kenji Fuji) was one of the few people in Magic City without magic skills. One day I heard something fall onto my balcony and when I looked it was the Guardian Angel of Ice. After that day the Guardian Angels often ask me for help which puts me in many dangerous situations.
