RETURN TO DARKNESS
Va’dia was a young female mercenary that lived in a world where magic only belonged to those with high education and high-rankings. Beyond this order were humans carrying unknown ancient living organisms inside their bodies, granting powers that could either rival or surpass magic itself. But as a consequence, they would live their lives being hunted and never at peace.
One night, she woke up in the middle of a burning kingdom, wounded and couldn’t escape. However, two days later, she was somehow still alive, unscathed, and was taken somewhere else.
With no memory of why she was there, or even of the life she was supposed to remember, the young mercenary continued forward with growing suspicion of whether this life was really hers.
