In the quiet village of Wisteria, Damaris lives freely—weaving tales and tending her herbs.
Until a mysterious gardener arrives.
Cold, silent, and unnervingly perceptive, he disrupts her peaceful life, sparking clashes, teasing, and an undeniable connection. With every passing second, irritation was slowly shifting to unease and unease to something neither of them can dare name.
In a land of quiet mornings and dazzling nights, Damaris finds herself unsettled by his presence, sensing that behind his silence lies something dangerous.

How had they ended up in that position?
Just a moment ago, there had been a distance between them. Now, the lake swallowed more than half her form, her chest pressed against his, her hand locked in one of his own while the other wrapped around her waist, daring her to break free from him if she willed.
Yet her will was lost.
His gray eyes held hers, steadfast and unyielding, seizing all form of reason from her.

His lips met hers.
Her world came to a still as she felt her entire being become molten silver.
And Damaris knew…
She was already undone.
