My Vampire System In The Dragon World
In a broken world of ash and black clouds, dragons rule the sky and old vampire clans rule the ground. Human life is cheap, sold in chains to dark lords who drink blood and wage silent wars in the night. Kairn is a nameless slave boy in an iron mine at the edge of a dead kingdom, beaten, starving, and waiting to die. On the night a blood-red comet crosses the sky, a dying dragon crashes into the mine and burns everything Kairn has ever known. As he lies under stone and fire, a cold voice speaks in his mind and offers him a deal: live as a cursed vampire, bound to a hidden System that hungers for blood, or die as nothing. Kairn chooses to live. He wakes as a newborn vampire with a status screen carved into his soul, weak stats, and one strange path: “Draconic Bloodbound – locked.” To grow stronger, he must hunt in the dark, feed on those who would kill him, and survive the hunt of both humans and elder vampires who fear what he might become. As Kairn’s level rises, his powers twist his body, his mind, and his sense of mercy. He learns that the System is not a neutral guide but a chain forged by the First Sire, an ancient monster who once enslaved dragons and turned their blood into fuel for vampire evolution. The only way to break that chain is to claim a dragon of his own and evolve into something the world has never seen. In a land where the sun is a rare ghost behind storm clouds and trust is a quick way to die, Kairn must decide what he will sacrifice: his last human feelings, his few fragile allies, or the whole burning world above. There will be no heroes, only hunters and prey.
