Following the end of a stressful workday, Hozumi Fumiko was exhausted from the endless workload at the Cabinet Secretariat in Tokyo, Japan.
She went to Tokyo Station as usual to go back to her hometown during the Golden Week holiday.
But unfortunately, her card was declined when she tried to buy a ticket for the train. She repeatedly swiped her card on the TMV, but the same ‘insufficient balance’ notification kept appearing on the screen.
As time was running out, Fumiko found herself in a very unpleasant situation and became desperate when she heard that the last train to Osaka was about to depart soon.
Suddenly, a stranger in a baggy jacket approached her — he offered a helping hand by trying to give up his ticket to her which she initially refused.
In the end, she gratefully accepted the stranger's offer without checking the destination of the ticket…

Oddly enough, there were only a few passengers inside the coach despite it being the night before the national holiday.
She tried to stay awake but her eyelids were too heavy and she ultimately succumbed to the comfort of slumber as everything around her became white noises.
