Isla rapped lightly on the CEO's door, eyes still glued to the iPad in her hands.
Xi Yuan's gaze slid from Xi Fang and Xi Wei to the woman, irritation flickering at the interruption. But when he recognized one of the officers he'd assigned to shadow Rong Xinghe, his expression eased.
He had eyes on every camera in the Lu Family Mansion, but outside her brothers' walls, his wild little kitten was harder to track.
"Yes?" He leaned back in his chair, giving her his full attention. "Is she alright?"
"Yes, Sir." Isla's lips curved into a faint, almost relieved smile. "Also, Adrian Novikov is… dead."
Xi Yuan's brows lifted, a slow, amused smirk playing at his mouth. It seemed his girl had finally grown tired of toying with her prey.
