"Are you happy now, Yu Qi? You've destroyed our reputation!" Wang Fu Ya screamed at Yu Qi, who was calmly talking to Feng Yue and had not paid her any attention at all.

"Alright, I will call him now." Grandpa Tang stated.
Grandpa Tang went into his study room to make the call. Meanwhile, Yu Qi returned to her room and took a bath. After she finished, she heard a knock on the door.
"Yes?" Yu Qi responded.
"Miss Yu Qi, Doctor Tang asked you to get ready in half an hour." Song Nan conveyed Grandpa Tang's message.
"Okay, I understand. Thank you, Uncle Song." Yu Qi said.
She began to get dressed. She initially wanted to wear something formal, but then she realised she did not have any formal attire with her. In the end, she simply put on her school uniform.
When she stepped outside, she saw Grandpa Tang already waiting for her.
Grandpa Tang drove them to the location provided by Mr. Jang. It turned out to be the same bank where Yu Qi had previously opened her account. After informing the bank officer about their purpose, they were led into a private room. Mr Chu and Mr Jang were already there. Both of them stood up and greeted Grandpa Tang and Yu Qi politely, and the greetings were returned.
They took their seats opposite Mr Chu and Mr Jang. Without wasting any time, Mr Jang placed the revised contract on the table in front of them.

Yu Qi signed both copies of the contract, and Mr Jang followed suit. Then, Yu Qi took out the cheque she had prepared earlier and handed it to him.
"It was my pleasure doing business with you." Mr Jang said as he stood up and shook Yu Qi's hand.
"The pleasure is mine." Yu Qi replied, giving a slight nod.
Now, the land officially belonged to Yu Qi. She planned to begin development at the nearby mountain first. She wanted to build a traditional Japanese-style hotel, known as a ryokan. In addition, she intended to construct an outdoor hot spring, allowing tourists to relax and enjoy nature while soaking in the spring.
"Grandfather, do you have any contacts for construction contractors? I want to open a tender for them to bid." Yu Qi asked as they exited the bank.
"I do have a few contacts, but you'd better ask that Old Man Feng. He has far more connections when it comes to construction." Grandpa Tang replied.
"Oh, I see. Then I'll meet Grandpa Feng tomorrow." Yu Qi said thoughtfully.
