But the current Recca already has a lot of battle experience from the eight months he spent in Konoha. He also hasexperience in fighting Kugutsu users, so for Recca, fighting Ganko is too easy.
That's why he asks Fuuko to fight Ganko, because he wants Fuuko to have an experience in battle after he has trained her all this time in how to use Chakra. And also a few low-level Ninjutsu.
