Wade wore an extremely grave expression when he saw the hooded figure standing before him. "What are you doing here, Lucifer?"
Hearing this, the opposing party chuckled. "What's with the serious look? Aren't you happy to see an old friend?"
"Hmph! Old friend, your *ss! Since when have you truly considered me as one?" Wade scoffed along with a serious, bitter tone. "We both know that you are only using me for your goals."
"Aren't you coveting my father's research paper as well?" he added before shaking his head. "You are no different from those organizations."
Lucifer shook his head, finding the situation a pity. "Is that how you see me? What a pity, I truly considered you as one of my closest friends."
"Don't make me laugh! Your lies will no longer work on me," scoffed Wade, knowing that the words that come from this person's mouth could not be trusted.
"I guess you no longer want to pursue those goals of yours," said Lucifer.
