The world's wills are shards of the original primordial chaos [way greater then the wuxias versions], they are shards that got blessed by the existence giving them the self-awareness, it can be anything from a rock tree, a planet to a universe, what makes this worlds wills special is the ability to control fate (not destiny) and Karma without understanding the laws or the mechanisms behind them, they can be childish or as cunning as the ancient foxes, their ultimate goal is escape the higher ones authority, create a soul and a body for themselves to reach true power as they are nothing but lumps of consciousness beings without any direct effect over the reality as they are now, and can do nothing but uses tools like The Heavens, the artificial intelligences and the champions they chooses to do their work for them ect.
