Ou Luoxin glanced at the time on her phone, then looked at Xia Nuobai sitting on the sofa drinking tea and watching TV, wondering how to issue an eviction notice.
"Where did the fifty thousand penalty fee come from? Ye Youxi didn't say you borrowed money from him." Xia Nuobai suddenly asked.
Ou Luoxin inexplicably felt a pang of guilt and replied, "I borrowed it from Shen Jie; she earned some money from running a café."
"Go pay her back later." He said in a commanding tone.
"Why the hurry?"
"Don't you want to keep it on standby to quit any time?" Xia Nuobai glared at her dissatisfiedly.
This damned guy, with that shitty attitude toward her. Men are all the same, full of sweet words when pursuing love, but showing their true colors immediately after.
"It's none of your business when I pay it back! Are you done with your tea?" Ou Luoxin replied grumpily. This guy barely touched the tea but was satisfied otherwise; she felt it was such a loss.
