The Huangquan Team is still a Fourth-tier Representative Team. Although she has Di Shen's Jiu Provinces Card, Ye Lingyue hasn't used the remaining balance after deducting fines and the Merit Points she owed to the Exotic Treasures Pavilion.
Because Ye Lingyue heard that the final ranking of the Jiu Provinces Hunting will be split between individual and team modes.
She wasn't willing to drag Di Shen down in personal rankings because of her "reckless wife" behavior, even though she knew Di Shen didn't care about such matters.
Due to these reasons, the Huangquan Team remains a Fourth-tier Team, whereas almost every team in the Jiu Provinces Main Camp is at least Third-tier.
This not only results in the Huangquan Team having the worst resources in terms of camp distribution and treatment, only having three tents, with the team leader living mixed with female team members.
The team members also have a tough time in the Jiu Provinces Main Camp, often facing discrimination.
