Although asking the Spider Queen to personally take the field is a pretty good deal, when it actually came time to pay, Da Fei was torn. A 10,000 Command Power army was definitely out of the question—Da Fei simply didn't have that many cannon fodder. His Divine Artifact was priceless, so that was a no-go too. And 1,000 points of Life Limit? Don't even think about it; an ordinary level-50 player's total HP isn't even 1,000. That only left 100 million Gold Coins and 100 million Experience.
Even though Da Fei and all his Vice Heroes still couldn't level up due to the side effects of Time Freeze, the Experience had been stockpiled; just because he couldn't use it now didn't mean it'd be useless later. Especially since Da Fei had just dropped 4 levels and was dragging a whole family behind him—if he handed over that Experience again, what if the National War Suit opened and he couldn't even reach level 50 to get in?
