Jing Yan ignored the Devouring Sky Clan Marshal and directly turned around to use the Void Path, trying to escape. Facing this Controller Level Devouring Sky Clan life form, he knew he had no chance of winning and certainly wouldn't foolishly stay here to fight the Controller Level Devouring Sky Clan.
"Trying to run?"
"You pathetic creature, you'd be fine if you were outside, but you've entered our lair. Do you think you can still leave?" the Marshal growled.
His giant claw swiftly slammed through the space. Ripples appeared where his claw struck. In a flash, these ripples spread to where Jing Yan was.
Jing Yan was executing the Void Path but suddenly found his body, which was about to leave this place, being dragged back. There was a strong shockwave in the space that disrupted his use of the Void Path.
"Damn it!" Jing Yan cursed under his breath, urging his entire Divine Power to escape at the fastest speed possible.
