The tsunami came first as the enormous wall of water descended from the horizon with a force that made the sky itself seem to collapse. The sea roared and the sound was so immense that countless disciples immediately covered their ears.
The water struck the outermost wind barrier.

The wind barrier exploded and the second wave followed immediately. Fire erupted as the water collided with it, producing an enormous cloud of steam. The steam itself contained a terrifying amount of Immortal Essence.
The metal barrier trembled as cracks appeared and soon the stone barrier behind it began to collapse. The water continued forward and each layer of defense slowed it for only an instant.
Daoist Bone Ruler's expression changed.
"Hold!" The old man pushed more Immortal Qi into the Bone Ruler.
The enormous weapon shone brilliantly and it struck the tsunami. The collision produced a thunderous explosion and for one brief moment, the tsunami seemed to stop. Then the mountains arrived.
