Lucifer is currently explaining to me about my/his powers "Samael I was different from many Gods because even though I was born with one power like all the other Gods I was able to add to my arsenal of powers".
I take a moment to think of all the possible new powers I might have at my disposal " how were you able to gain powers that were not originally yours". Lucifer then swirls the darkness around his fingers " Even we Gods were restricted by nature to only have one power which was the power were born with. Our bodies would be bound like having chains wrapping around our souls so if we tried to add foreign powers to our souls it wouldn't assimilate leaving the foreign power running rampant throughout our body until it was destroyed".
Listening to him reminded me of devil fruits where you can only eat one " that still doesn't explain how you defied nature itself". He just laughs " hahahah calm down I'm getting to it, Usually there is no way to successfully add foreign powers to our souls unless they were rather forbidden meaning it leads to unforeseen consequences that wouldn't be worth it. The other way which wasn't available until I was born was a natural way meaning using my own powers to break nature's restrictions".
Thinking back to earlier when he mentioned that I have the power of annihilation " you used the power of annihilation didn't you". From the pleased look on Lucifer's face I was right " indeed Samael I used my power of annihilation which can destroy nearly everything in existence to remove the bindings on my soul. After successfully destroying the binding I absorbed some of the powers from my enemies because even without the bindings it didn't mean I could absorb all powers. So here are your powers from what I can see in you".

abilities:
power of annihilation- it can destroy most things in existence
soul absorption- when an enemy is weak enough you can absorb his soul to increase your power based upon how strong their spirits are.
flight- can fly close to the speed of light
Regenerative healing - all types of damages to the body will heal much faster. the bigger the damage the longer it takes to heal
immunity- immune to all poison and diseases
enhanced body- all of your body is enhanced to the point where you cant be classed as human any more
after hearing that I'm thrilled because its plenty to make me strong but before I speak lucifer holds a finger to his mouth " now the strength and amount of my abilities you have can increase the more you gain power. One additional advice I have is using the technique that I used to break nature restrictions".
I'm confused by what he means by restriction so he simply replies " train in the use of annihilation to be able to destroy the devil fruits restrictions so you won't be weakened by seawater and able to eat more devil fruits".
My jaw hits the ground from what I just heard " how is that going to be possible the devil fruits were made directly by nature so wouldn't I just be destroying it if I try to break the restriction". Even if I had complete control of annihilation it can't be possible.
Silence fills the air for a few seconds until Lucifer speaks again " you fool don't you remember me saying they were remnants of dead Gods powers that were absorbed into nature". I simply nod because I want to hear more of his theory.
Lucifer then points at me " so when those power gets absorbed into nature it can't destroy it so it releases it again but in the form of devil fruit which is basically a prison that keeps those powers in check so it doesn't kill anybody who eats it. Seriously if humans try to wield the full power of a God they would disintegrate, luckily for you though your body is already more durable than normal humans then if you add your blood which has already got traces of my power to the mix you should be able to fully unlock my power".
So from what Lucifer saying if I break the restriction on my body I should be able to fully use his power and add powers from different devil fruits. I stand up off the ground " isn't your power enough why do I need more".
All I hear is laughter from Lucifer " my power is indeed great but until your body and spirit can fully handle my powers you won't stand a chance against Im because annihilation while practically unstoppable will take a great toll on your body. So gain different devil powers to offer different attacks and also provide defence because that's one thing my power is lacking. Be warned though you can only absorb certain amounts of devil fruits which by my estimate will be two".
For him to be this serious it must mean that Im is more powerful than I realised but the Celestial Dragons I think I'll be able to handle with Lucifer's power alone. Lucifer also informed me that compatibility will be a huge factor in the devil fruits " when you absorb those devil fruits they can't be the same type so your next two devil fruits will have to be logia and paramecia so that it is easier for you to control them".
With this information I'm already deciding on what types of devil fruits I want like attack oriented or like Lucifer said earlier defence oriented to bolster my defence. I start to see Lucifer dissolve so we said our goodbyes and he mentioned that we won't talk for a long time but will be watching the great things I achieve in the future.
Shortly after I wake up to find I'm back at camp in my bed so I slowly get up but notice I'm not feeling any pain which must be thanks to my regenerative healing. I walk to the campfire to find Rayleigh cooking some fish over a fire.
Rayleigh notices my presence " hey kid finally awake I see" I sit down and grab some of the fish he's cooking and tell him about my recent conversation. we talk about the plan for the next 6 years but he also said he would help me find potential devil fruits I can eat.
Shortly after we decide to test out my new powers and found some interesting things like I can't use annihilation without going into my hybrid form because if I try to use it in my human form I instantly keel over from exhaustion and even then while I'm in hybrid mode I can't use it many times.
We also found out that my body has been enhanced to the point where I feel like everything has been increased 5 times like my strength, my senses like hearing and smell. Then I heal faster than before but anything like broken bones takes a day to heal.
After the tests, I and Rayleigh are sitting on the grass " thanks to your new body our training will be way more fun than I thought gua hahahaha".
Hearing Rayleigh saying that with a sinister grin. I can't feel anything but dread for the next 6 years.
