SOPHIA'S POV;
I feel my eyes relaxing and the pain I once felt slowly began to disappear and was being replaced by a warm feeling. My hands had a sticky substance on them. " where am I?" sitting up after what felt like the workout of my life I remember everything that happened. Am I in a hospital. my feet and hands are tied. " hello is anyone there" I feel my mouth move but my voice was as if it was gone. No words were said.
" Come on we need to leave and find a place to crash. Have you had your fill for a couple hours?" I hear a muffled reply just as I hear a car door open. "Well, you're awake I guess I should tighten those restraints. A-Are you hungry?" I remain silent as I hear duck-tape being ripped and placed onto my legs from my knees down. " You probably can't talk yet you took one hell of a hit to the head. Can you open your eyes?" I stay silent again and this time it's not because I can't reply but I start to remember everything that happened. The accident the blood and the fact that I gave up and should be dead by now. " You know I'm trying to be nice to you the least that you can do is answer me some type of way. A head nod a shoulder move or something.
" Here" I hear the voice right next to my ear and feel a cold bottle and liquid substance touch my lips. " It's water and you need liquids you lost a lot." Just at that moment I realized that I was so thirsty and my mouth was dry. I opened my mouth against my better judgement and allowed him to pour the water in my mouth. I drank it greedily. " I'm sorry that we have to tie you up I just can't risk the possibility of you running the first chance that you get. I can give a pillow a blanket or something when you need it. Just knock two times on the gate." I feel the wind blow in the car that I assume is a van now. The slam of the door brought me out of my thoughts as my mouth began to miss the cold liquid.
" We should get her some new clothes when we stop for a rest. The blood is everywhere and it looks really bad." The car pulls up and began moving . We come to a sudden stop and I'm flown crashing into the doors . " You can't touch her if you do he will kill you and your entire bloodline! I advise you to walk away while you have the chance."
" Dude if I fail him again I'm dead. We can't let him leave with her." The air I had in my lungs seemed to bust out of me as I fell onto a dirt rocky road. Why the fuck does everyone keep throwing me around like a dam toy. I just want to be left alone already, I feel like I'm in a episode of The Originals or something.
" Tell your king that she is just as much mine as she is his and I intend to keep her away from him for as long as I can" my body is slowly and gently picked up off the ground. " Don't make me use my magic I don't like the idea of breaking the treaty but I will if you try and come between what's rightfully mine."
" Don't you understand that if you take her you are breaking the treaty and when he finds out what you did he won't only kill you but our families as well. If you're going to take her i'd rather go down fighting then living to tell the tale so give me your best shot because I can't allow this to happen." The guy that gave me the water says and for some reason I know that voice.
"Sophia where are you" I hear going through my head. Dismissing the thought of it being Jacob and assuming that I just miss him I decide to focus back on the conversation that's actually happening.
My body is suddenly dropped out of the air as a scream from above circles around me. I hear a quick apology as my body is thrown. Crashing into a metal gate as the car drives off in a hurry.
