Towa had Kakarot Prime pinned against the chair as they went over notes. The magic teacher was so happy it was beyond scary. Whatever happened to her in the Namekian Book of Legend was something else.
"Your Dark King Aura, it has defintely grown because of your Aspects as a Champion. Going to the other Dimensions and not necessarily taking them over yet is still something like A King. Not to mention the ones with different demons in them. Your Dark Factor production is faster then any I have seen or read about."
"What are the negatives?"
"As you continue to use the Aura, your Magic will go down and your Ki a little. But your body itself.. it will change in quality constantly. Blending whatever you gain from your Black Red Soul... That Intuitive Adaptability is constantly making you into something better through understanding." Towa rubbed her chin as she wiggled on top of him. "The Hyperbolic Time Chamber... is a must for you soon; Katas and Guru need to hurry with its upgrades."
"Well, they are working on it diligently, let them be. We have so much already.."
"That's just it," Towa turned to him after striking a few key on the computer. "your Magic will skyrocket if you go through the entire History you collected. Reading and acknowledging is more than you think. Which is a lot considering..."
She also wondered what would happen with the Multiforms as well.
"So make a bunch of Multiforms and focused on reading all the History I collected to actually learn it. Hopefully not dying from it and making sure to not lose myself from the exposure."
"Give yourself some credit, you have not changed as much as before from your original self, and there is the Majin and Timebreaker Marks. Both of them are ready to advance but the effect it will have on those they are on..."
"By your tone, I am assuming it is what I thought would happen. The Marks will cause them to increase the very moment I adapt it or learn something really crucial in the way they work." The thought of the people under it actually having their Potential Unlock with it also crossed his mind. 'When Babidi applied it to targets, their power kicked up a lot. Plus the Ultra Divine Water and Biobooster injections has defintely done a lot of work so far.'
"The Timebreaker Mark was originally Technology and the use of Dark Magic to assit. However, I perfected the use of Telekinetic abilities, which work in conjunction with Ki to make it work the same. But when teaching you, no matter how I tried, it kept going to your Magic."
"Well, I am not gonna make a bunch of Masks to throw on people, this way works pretty well, plus most don't even know it is there. I haven't used it on those who don't have the Majin Mark on them unless they are capable of repenting. Awakening the Ki inside with its use has made it quite a handy ability."
"What about Pilaf, despite what you think, he has grown already. Thoughts on paroling him sooner than before?"
"No, the seal is dormant. That is the best I am willing to do for people who show the change that is noticeable. He is a genius and could develop some type of block against Telepathy. The use of History could still be used but that also requires me to touch him and see. The Demons under my control still produce evil energy and have the impulses to attack wildly at times to. Their nature is only somewhat weakened so far." Thinking of the Saiyans, he wonders if they would get to a point where they would need the Mark as well. "If, whoever has the Mark on them while it is suppressed causes trouble by breaking a major law, they will never be freed from it. In fact, I will execute them myself."
Towa just nodded with a smirk. The decisive trait was enough she could get behind. Not to soft but not to tyrannical. She then thought of her brother Dabura.
"I found a way to get my brother back. My actual brother.. but it is risky."
"What can I do to assist?"
"Nothing for now. Well, get stronger and give me a few days off." Realizing he technically went without training from her and had Guru for awhile, she was a little embarrassed. "In the future, when you go back to traveling. The next place is a weak one."
"All in preparation for War against that child Deity." Kakarot found himself looking forward to it. Besides his Multiforms out saving Collapsing Dimensions, he himself could not fall behind in work. Even with all the years he has for preparation. "It is time I drink the Ultra Divine Water to help pull the potential of my Body out further."
"That can come in a few days. Let's work on your ability to Unlock Potential in others first." Towa grabbed him and Teleported to an island. "That young man should be somewhere around here."
Adjusting took a few seconds. Especially since he needed to signal a few, he was no longer in the capital.
"Are we in Penguin Village..." Kakarot could feel the weird Ki that came off the Xenos in the area. King Nikochan and the Servant left a weird trace in the place. Well all over the place. "Hmm, best to double-check everything has been dealt with here already."
A Multiform seperated as he himself walked with Towa.
The people lived in relative peace beside the troublesome android Arale and the mad scientists that caused so many troubles was a must to take care of if need be. A touch of the scouter and he already found Arale's location and the mutant children that came from one being and that egg.
'The upgrade to th scouters are coming along nicely. A few more tweaks, and we will be able to detect any type of energy source and frequency. We just need a few more Satellites in the area for better global positioning.'
As they walked, Towa actually grabbed his arm. They looked no different than any couple walking the countryside. Well, besides having tails of course.
Tsun Tsukutsun met up with them not much longer. Dressed in his martial attire, at first it looked to be good news.
"Champ," Tsukutsun gave him a fist salute then shook the extended hand. "I thought long an hard on it, but I won't be able to agree."
"That is fine and dandy, already figured you would want to remain as you were." Kakarot already had DNA samples of the young martial artist, so that was good enough. "This area has no real protectors and the police force is a token existance."
"It is peaceful beside the small occasion of trouble caused by Dr.Mashirito."
*Kaboom!* A loud explosion was heard, a large cloud of dust was visible half way across the island. The shockwave only brushed a little air to the town.
The few remaining problems were wiped out completely by the Multiform.
"Don't worry about the former Dr.Mashirito, he is done. The Xenos that wanted to take over as well. Just because they were incompetent does not mean they should be overlooked." Kakarot's Multiform was already flying back but surveying the place a few times before doing so. "As for you, I want to depart a final gift."
"Gulp.. like what?" Recovering from the shockwave, the young martial artist already felt the possible danger. Especially like some many others rembering Kakarot and Chichi fighting at the World Martial Artist Tournament. "It's not some type of drug or something, is it?"
"No. Just stay still." Kakarot placed his hands on top of the young man then circled his Magic. Connecting with Tsun Tsukutsun on every level briefly was odd but interesting. The Ki in the area shifted along with bits of Magic. "there, I suggest exercise to get used to the changes."
*Woosh!* Hair flying around wildly, his veins throbbing with raw power left the young man bewildered. The scouter read at least a 90% increase to his various energies. The Ultra Divine Water only did about 80%. Mixing it with Black Water Mists only did about 60% for Ki and 71% for Magic & Spirit.
"I.. feel like I can round around the entire planet and back with no sweat!" Tsun Tsukutsun exclaimed ecstatically. Unable to control himself, he actually took off running right as a few of his friends arrived. "I will be back!"
Moving at high speeds, the others were bewildered. But not a purple haired little girl. Arale saw it as a challenge and shot off to chase him. Unfortunately, the unlocked state carried all the advantages of his "Fury" state.
The android couldn't keep up with him at all. It didn't mean she didn't try though. Kakarot kept a watch for a bit before shaking his head in dismay.
"She is just android, no sentience develop inside. Possible malfunction A.I. for her eventual development." This solved his theory in regards to the flying nimbus a little more. It couldn't tell the difference in organic and nonorganic. Even further most likely scanning whoever landed on it before deciding to let one ride it. Or the intent of another, such as Goku having her come on. "Ah, usually since I don't have one."
"What are you mumbling about?" Towa found the mumbling odd but focused on those gathered nearby. "I don't see any real fighter among them, so we should go somewhere else to continue the tests."
Before the Champion could say much, she teleported them to the next city. Spooking Tsukutsun's friends. Especially with the Multiform of Kakarot landing, then doing the same via Teleportation once the location was reached.
A satellite had been repositioned to watch Penguin village a little closer.

As they teleported around, finding different people and recruiting, Kakarot paused at a particular village. It was the Village of Natade. A place that became real improtant a few years from now. With regards to Broly anyway.
"He is the next thing to deal with, you need some more strength to deal with him better. He is not that old yet." Towa could read his mind but didn't need to considering. "What are you doing?" She watched as Kakarot raised his hand then fired concentrated Ki Blasts out.
*Pew! Pew! Pew!* In quick sucession, the blasts sailed through the air and vaporized their targets. The villagers were afraid at first but seeing someone floating down from the sky, they kneeled in worship, thinking him a deity of sorts.
"Get up, I only killed the evil people in your village, the ones exploiting you." Kakarot raised his hand up and took in the Negative energy that permeated. Concentrating into black spheres, he wondered if it was possible to purify it faster into Positive energy for regular people to use. "Can't experiment on these innocent people."
The increase in his Dark Factor was felt by Towa. She gave a smile as this would allow her to move up the timetable of the Demon Lords that would rise under them.
With a crush of the hand, the black spheres were absorbed. After some small talk with the villagers, Kakarot and Towa flew away leaving the people better than they were by giving a few small ways to communicate with his Security Forces.
Patrols in the area needed to be done with the rural lifestyle they lived. Damn, dinosaurs cause problems out of the blue most times. Not to mention the bipedal animal bandits.
"Grrr.." As they flew, Kakarot started to feel some palpitations. He clutched his chest as it started to burn. A few clicks of the scouter, and he notices several steams of Negative Energy were swirling towards him. "..what is going on here?"
Descending, it was an odd occurrence to come across a concentrated spot of Magic like this.
In front of them was a Dimensional Crack. It was small but leaked out small traces of energy. Riding on the wind, it was just mixing with the atmosphere and not actual wildlife or people.
Touching against it, Kakarot started to close it. It sealed up quickly under his guidance as someone was doing the same on the other side. Someone he was was acquainted with.
'King Yemma, what was that?' Using Telepathy, he pushed away the discomfort coursing through his body by the throbbing Majin Mark. His eyes shined red as the symbol of the Timebreaker Mark moved. The symbol thickened in a way that was very noticeable to Towa. 'What was it doing?'
'Ah, Kakarot, I am sorry to say there was an accident in HFIL. While upgrading the Soul Cleansing Machine, some of the none Cleasened Spirits caused a little damaged. Containing it quickly, Mez mentioned a few people were subjected to a type of "Rampage" briefly.'
Informing Towa of the conversation, she suggested they pop in to take a look closely. Well, for him to do so at first. She would check Earth and the Milky Way Galaxy for any one else infected or any more Cracks. Kakarot was about to open a Wormhole to go to Otherworld, but a flush of Negative Energy ran rampant in his body and poured out of the surroundings.
"Grr! I will head to the lab first! Send Nam to go and check the area in HFIL for me!" Heading back before she responded, Towa narrowed her eyes at how fast he vanished briefly. Not to mention the spike in his Ki and Magic was monstrous.
*Woom!* A poke with the her staff, the Dimensional Crack pulsed before cementing closed. Additional energy seeped into the protection keeping it from breaking in the future.
"The energy of a Kai is there just a little. I doubt one of them did this. So that is odd. Maybe lingering effect from the others departing?" Towa remained for a few minutes searching the area before leaving.
