Due to the same Visualization training method, although the Kushan soldiers indeed Visualized various Gods and Buddhas, essentially, as the Sage who created Belief Blessing said back then, all Buddhas can be regarded as Tathagata in essence.
This means that there is a commonality in the Visualizations of all Kushan soldiers. Although this commonality cannot achieve Belief Blessing or the level of coordinated cooperation, once Belief Blessing is activated, this commonality allows these ordinary soldiers to have extra tacit understanding.
For a legion, tacit understanding, to a certain extent, might be more important than the combat power of a single soldier. After all, an army is a place where combat power is generated through coordination.
