Walker had considered that a lot of things had been changing. Small interactions like this were bound to become commonplace as different people saw opportunities.
Some would be ideal to move the world forward. Others would be rough and filled with their own greed or desires over the betterment of the people.
This situation was taking advantage of other people's beliefs in one another to pursue more riches. It wasn't wrong in the greatest sense that it was directly hurting people. It was just putting in motion unsavory events. It wasn't something that everyone would be happy to deal with but Walker was glad he had caught it before anything worse happened.
He also felt that there was more to it all as the merchant guild had not set up a permanent building here in the forest elf territory.
It was the same as the adventurer's guild spreading out and beginning to develop more buildings to monitor the actions of adventurers.
