"How the fuck did this happen?" The king said glaring down at us.
"How the fuck should i know. I wasnt even in the cpital when this shit happened.." i countered glarring at him.
After kayda got the barrier down all the corpses revived but the ones that amari turned into dust never came back. Something that doesnt really surprised me her spell is crazy strong being able to turn a person in to dust in a second.
Amari on the other hand has realszed she killed 50+ kids unknonwly. Zagan is atleast with her not that he will be mich help after seeing all that shit in those caves.
Hmm, mom should be there atleast. That should help them both. Dean on the other hand was here in the meeting eith the king.
"Kitsuna Draig i would whatch your mouth infront of the king." The head of the royal gaurd said glaring at me.
"Shut it old timer." I said waving the god off like he was nothing.
"Kitsuna." Kayda muttered from next to me with glaring eyes.
"Fine i will stop talking." I said sotting down on a ice chair i made for myself.
'I cant believe Mom banned me from making a ice throne ever again after last time.' I thought sighing softly.
"haah, why is she even here. i mean like she said she has nothing to do with this at all. she wasnt even there." The king said agreeing witb my first statement.
"… her clone was there." Kayda explained, knowing well that I do get the memory of my clones, thought it its still fussy when I get it.
"Yeah so?" He said raising an eyebrow at Kayda.
"I think she was the one that made the barrier seeing her being this defensive and all." the organiser piped up making everyone look at him like he was the dumbest thing that even excited.
"The fuck!" The king said glaring at the organiser.
"She is unruling-"
"Shut up for fuck sake. Why the fuck is someone as dumb as him the organiser for the under 16 tournament." The king yelled looking at his minister.
"Sorry your Majesty, i didnt think he would be like this." the minister said only bowinn his head slitghtly.
"Haah, what ever. How many are dead?" The king asked looking at kayda for the answer.
"About 72." Kayda explaend neutrally.
"That many." I said whisling.
"Yes, thats a big problem." The king said thoughtfully.
"Just a question do we know all the familys of the deseased?" he add looking at the orgeniser.
"Yes, your majesty everything has been documented." the organiser said nodding confedently.
"Hmm, i dont really want to do it like this…" the king muttered annoyed.
"What? compensate the deased families and let the tournament go on so that the couplit will bring himself forward?" Dean stated knowing he didnt want to say it out right. it will probably look bad for his image.
"… You seriously dont have a mind reading ability right?" The king asked with a quevered voice of course he was faking is.
"No but it's obvious what you were thinking. And no you arent making light of the dead by thinking like that. It more productive and you can the an enemy by doing it like that." Dean explained sternly.
"Sigh…"
"Also the main culptis will be the angles that are here from the federation. That glutneyny guy is probably coming as well." I stated making the meeting room fall deadly silent.
"Kitsuna from where did you hear this information?" The king asked, narrowing his eyes at me.
"Hear? No, this is something I suspect that is going to happen. I mean that glutney guy is a higher up in the angle faction. I know because of rachel. She is quite bad at keeping secrets." I eplaiied shrugging while laughing.
"She wants us to overthink this." Dean said thoughtfully.
"Nah she is to dumb to do that." I said not agreing at the statement at all.
"So her sepirior wants us to overthink this." The king said more in a question than a statement.
"Yeah thats sound about right. But i doubt they will go through all this trouble making a barrier kayda cant even see from a few meters away." I said looking at kayda for her to add anything I missed.
"Hmm she has apoint with that but there is one thing kitsu. I wasnt there as well." Kayda said that was quite surprising.
"… you werent?" I asked tilting my head at her.
"Yeah, i got called away by stacy."
"… Dont tell me she didnt show up."
"She did, dont worry. She wanted to talk about something. Not something important enough to drag this meeting on." Kayda said ending the discussion about my mother.
"Hmm, so what we know is that they some how knew about you not being there and that they were targeting amari draig." The prime minister said thoughtfully.
"Hmm i doubt they new she wont be there but there target was definitely amari. And not in the sense to actually kill her but make us think she is realy dead." Kayda said hiding his anger wuite well.
"What do you mean by that kayda?"
"Well the only reason why the 72 kids didnt come back was because there was no bodies to come back to or referse. Well more because of time than anything else. the barrier is able to revive people even if the turned to dust." Kayda explained making me nodding in understanding.
'thats righht there bodies ashes goit dispersed before the original refersal barrier kicked in.' I thought while nodding.
"Please explain to the dumb." The king said rubbing his forehead as if he had a headache.
"Well the reverse barrier can only reverse in a certain time frame." Kayda simply said making the king understand just from that.
"Yes but that iin it self is a few hours." He rebucted annoyed.
"Yes, it is 6 hours but what if the second barrier was a barrier that made time flow faster in a sense. We also only removed that barrier 2 hours after there deaths." Kayda explained keeping her relaxed tone with him.
"… so what you are saying they did try and kill amari draig but got fucked over with because of there own barrier." Dean said angry but amused at the same time.
"Well that is if the said dead kids come from the federation." Kayda affermed.
"Or angel faction." I added.
"Thats true. But do they use others?" The king asked refering to non angel beings.
"… mostlikly best way to get forces and canoon fodder." I said shrugging getting a glare from him.
"Sigh, this is so annoying." Sighing the king muttered in annoyance.
"Yeah but dont cancel the tournament. Just let it go on and reinburs the familys of the dead. End of discussion." I said wanting to end the topic.
"Kitsuna its not that simple." The minister said, shaking his head at me.
"It is they dont know about the second barrier. They will just blame Amari for killing there kids. Well, for the ones that are actually really mourning there child's death. Like everyone in the arena saw her use her new spell so just blame it on that." Dean said sounding very heartless about the hole thing.
"You think not all of them will morn there kids death." The king asked narrowing his eyes at Dean.
"Well some of them are definitely from the federation and we all know how that sickos see there kids most of the time." Dean explained shrugging waving of the kings suspision.
"Fine, we will do it like that but I will go over it with other people before to get the best plan in place." The king explained nodding in agreement with Dean.
"Yeah sure go for it. With that over and done with i can go now right?"
"Yes you can go."
"Wait kitsuna we need to talk." Dean said glaring at me.
"Sure lets just take it outside."
"I a comjng with." Kayda said following behind us out to the belcony.
"Why are you making your sister take all the blame."
"Its the best out come and you know it."
"Yeah for the country but not for my kid."
"Hmm, Dean you do realise that like 90% of the deaths were federation factionlists right?"
"How sure are you?"
"Because my group only existed out of federation people all 2499 kids came from the federation."
"No thats not true."
"Yeah i thought when she told me. so I checked it out yesterday also the reason why i was talking eith stacy dering the tournament. Everyone that is from our country was put in group 4 with that over level 800 kid. I am not sure if it is true or not havent met or seen him at all."
"…. Still doenst make sense why you want amari to take the fall."
"She will be fine dean just explain everything to her and i mean everything all the small details. She will be depressed for a few days though no changing that."
"Kitsuna you are really bad at family love." Dean said leaving my shocked by his words.
"Uncalled for sick head." I shouted glaring at him.
"Its true though."
"…. Sigh." Sighing i just teleported away annoyed.
'How the fuck must i know how family love works.' I thought kicking the closest tree in fustration unrooting it with other trees behknd it in the process.
'Should I just go and finish what zagan failed to do today.' I thought looking at the down tree before teeporting away again.
