Tiana Thorne looked up at her; she was already aged, had cut her long hair short, and from the back, her shallow hair made her appear more poised than the average elderly person.
She was wearing a gray cotton jacket, meditating while muttering Buddhist scriptures, holding a string of Buddha Beads, giving the impression of a deeply devout old woman.
Rouge Jarvis called out, "Aunt."
The old woman stopped her movement, turned over, and upon seeing Rouge Jarvis, was pleasantly surprised: "Rouge."
Then, she bowed three times towards the Buddha statue before standing up to welcome them.
Even though she was elderly, the grace that was part of her still existed, her wrinkles giving her a kind and amiable look, her smile gentle and kind, making it easy to see that when she was young, she must have been a very beautiful woman.
"Aunt, is your health better now?"
