Linden Hawthorne placed the teacup on the coffee table and said softly, "This flower tea is very fragrant."
"If Mr. Hawthorne likes this taste, I'll get you a box to take home and try. This is rose petal jam tea, it's good for your health."
He was a doctor, more knowledgeable about the medicinal effects of roses than she was.
"No, thank you."
He refused.
Georgia Thorne wasn't displeased, merely nodding her head before getting to the point, "Is there something that brings Mr. Hawthorne to see me today?"
Linden Hawthorne looked at her, "How did you know I was here to see you?"
"Mr. Hawthorne never visits Auris Group, nor does he concern himself with the artists under its umbrella. Now, if you were genuinely interested in helping President Hawthorne out a bit, you'd just be looking around, not calling my name directly."
So, beforehand, he already knew her name and had specifically come for her.
