Faye hesitated for a moment, then let go. Tessa Caldwell tilted her head up, straightened her back, pulled the reins with both hands as Faye had instructed, squeezed the horse's belly with her legs, and shouted, "Giddy-up~~!"
The horse started to trot.
Amidst the "clop-clop" of hooves, Tessa's heart filled with joy, and she couldn't stop laughing, feeling very carefree.
But it didn't take long before the horse suddenly made a sharp turn, scaring her so much that she almost slipped off.
Faye rushed out in a panic, "Be careful!"
Tessa grabbed the reins, and the horse stopped. Faye helped her down, but she was still shaken.
