Quinn Leroy had been staring at her and happened to catch this scene, taking in her white, crystal-clear body entirely.
He immediately looked away.
Very gentlemanly, he did not look again.
But for Renee Langdon, this was already adding insult to injury.
In a panic, she screamed again, "Ah!!"
Reflexively, she crouched down with her hands across her chest, then freed one hand to pick up the towel and cover herself: "Go out, please go out first."
Her small face turned beet red, her mind a complete blank. At that moment, Renee was full of panic, bewilderment, and cluelessness.
She felt she must have offended the heavens.
Otherwise, they wouldn't do this to her.
Quinn Leroy lowered his head and glanced at her again: "Sorry, I'll leave right away."
Though it was just a fleeting glimpse, that sleek, white curve was imprinted deep in his mind as if an electric current surged from his heart to all his limbs.
He quickly left.
