Renee Langdon didn't overthink it and focused on studying the script.

And before shooting, she would rehearse a few times herself. If she ran into something she didn't understand or couldn't quite get right, she would ask Finn Holden. Finn's acting wasn't as good as Quinn Leroy's, but still decent, and he'd studied directing, so his guidance on scenes was solid.
All just so she wouldn't lose to Quinn Leroy, and wouldn't get completely overshadowed by him in the scenes.
Honestly, she kind of wanted Quinn to give her some pointers, but Quinn was way too cold.
After they finished filming each day, they basically had no interaction.
