Ning Huaiyu is like a smiling tiger. No matter how Bai Zhi treats him, he always looks cheerfully unperturbed, without a trace of anger.
"I just want to invite you to a meal. If I can't do it today, I'll continue trying tomorrow. Even if it causes trouble for Miss Bai, I'll have to apologize. Who told me to fall for Miss Bai at first sight..."
Bai Zhi sneered, "Are all of you from Ning's House so shameless?"
Ning Huaiyu's expression shifted slightly, "Miss Bai, you sure have sharp words, but that aside, would you honor me with a meal?"
Bai Zhi glanced at the time, "Alright, but I get to decide what we eat."
"No problem, as long as you're happy."
Bai Zhi followed him out of the office building. She immediately noticed the flashy sports car outside.
Ning Huaiyu opened the car door, "Miss Bai, please."
Bai Zhi didn't move, "No need to drive, it's very close, just a short walk."
"Oh?" Ning Huaiyu closed the car door again, "Then please, Miss Bai, lead the way."
