Bai Zhi didn't really feel that Ning Huaiyu genuinely liked her; if he truly liked someone, it definitely wouldn't be like this.
So, the reason he's sticking around her is mostly because of the Duan Family.
Because he's at odds with the Duan Family, he wants to use her to provoke Duan Xingzhi.
If it's really as she thinks, then Ning Huaiyu really does have ulterior motives.
Though she's already broken up with Duan Xingzhi, it still feels satisfying to annoy someone with the surname Ning.
She can't help much in other ways, but she can help relieve Duan Xingzhi's anger in her own way.
However, she slightly underestimated Ning Huaiyu's shamelessness, as despite treating him like that the previous day, he showed up at her company again the next day, and during work hours, no less.
