When the door to his chambers opened barely minutes after Zaire left, Nour knew this was an intervention.
He knew that someone had been sent to try to reason with him, and it pissed him off. He had smelled Anhora way before the Lycan had walked through the door, and when the Lycan walked in, Nour threw the nearest vase at him.
"Leave," Nour growled as Anhora missed the second vase.
The flowers and soil spilled on the floor, and yet Nour didn't seem to be done. His determination to be alone was one that Anhora may have expected, but this extent was not it.
Then again, this was the same prince who had killed the court physician for simply stating that his father had been poisoned and that there was no cure for the old king.
"You'll have to do better than vases and mini-weapons, Nour. If you want me to leave, you need to talk to me. Otherwise, I am not going anywhere, even if to chop me up into pieces," Anhora said, his smile soft and so annoying to Nour.
