Fixing my fluffy fro as I stare at the fair skinned older lady that kind of looks similar to someone.
Responding on her comment of me being here I state, well ma'am what I'm doing out here is that I'm on a certain assignment I need to achieve. Pleasantly smiling at me the older lady answers, assignment you say. What kind of an assignment? Oh and come inside and tell me about it, you must be hungry.
Feeling a little nervous at the invitation, but actually hungry I'm not going to lie, I tell myself internally, she seems sweet but if this old broad is up to something, definitely putting her down.
Once done with my inner thought I say out in the open, sure I'll come in.
Following behind the woman as I enter the house, turning my head to the left, I see a picture of a little blonde boy with light brown eyes smiling, curious, I ask, do you have a son ma'am?
Pausing her steps as she turns to me the older lady says, you don't have to call me ma'am dear. Call me Tathy. And yes I do have a son, why do you ask?
Pointing to the photo of the blonde boy, I respond, from seeing this picture. Slowly coming over to me to see, Tathy comments, oh I see hehe...this picture, but the funny thing that isn't my son in this one. It's my grand baby when he was small.
Having another thought, I state, your grandson. What's his name?
Staring at the image, Tathy says with joy, Teco!
Sinking to the pit of my stomach as my heart drops from hearing that name, sweating a bit, I say, your grandson Teco.
