Before Alex could have the chance to see what he had gotten out of this battle, Wineshard came along and thrust him into another situation.
Alex could hardly even understand what was happening at all, except that he was apparently needed up in space for something.
"I'm sorry I couldn't get to you in time," the prince said, despite having apologized moments earlier. "I was about to send someone, but my father sent me a message that forced me to stay there for a few minutes longer, only to realize in the end that it was about you."
"That's fine. I should have returned along with you when you said so," Alex said. "Can you explain to me what the situation actually is, though?"
"Something bad is about to happen soon is all I'm aware of," the prince said. "It apparently involves a large ship that left this world over a thousand years ago. The rest we'll find out once we're up there."
"A ship?" Alex asked.
