Most of them were on her arms and legs.
Only one cut marred her back.
Su Ye, holding the medicine bottle, gestured to her.
"Take off your clothes."
Feng Wei looked stunned for a moment, her head snapping up to look at Su Ye.
Seeing her reaction, Su Ye thought she was having trouble moving and kindly offered,
"If it's inconvenient for you, let me do it."
As soon as she finished speaking, Su Ye shifted slightly and had Feng Wei turn around. Then, she ripped the fabric open right along the gash on her back.
She cleaned the wound, applied the ointment, and bandaged it.
Throughout the entire process, Feng Wei's back was ramrod straight.
Once she had finished, Su Ye draped her own white outer robe over Feng Wei.
Then she spoke.
"There. By morning, you should be able to move."
Feng Wei nodded, her face pale as she spoke.
"May I know my benefactor's name?"
A faint smile touched Su Ye's face.
"My Contracted Beast tripped you, so I don't count as a benefactor."
