She paused for a moment, glancing at Su Ye's expression. Su Ye showed no signs of disgust or contempt, simply listening in silence.
Then, Lin Moyu continued.
"At first, they said they'd only give it back if I solicited customers like the other women here. I refused, no matter what. So then they told me to dance. When they saw I was no good at dancing either, they put me on manual labor. They said if I can just last ten days, they'll give me the Memory Stone and let me go."
Su Ye looked at her.
"How many days have you been chained like this?"
Lin Moyu said in a low voice,
"Three days."
After hearing this, Su Ye stood up.
"You didn't want to tell me about the Memory Stone, planning to handle it secretly by yourself, so you were just going to go back and pretend nothing was wrong?"
Lin Moyu lowered her head and said nothing.
Su Ye rubbed her temples, at a loss for words.
Finally, she said,
"They won't let you go after ten days."
Lin Moyu looked up at Su Ye.
