Location: Kurai & Captain Tyg's New Camp
Time: Night
Captain Tyg is inside the camp tent eating his daily rations while Kurai fights a small amount of skeletons attacking their camp
*crunch* nom* *nom* *crunch* *nom* *nom*
"Damn why must my super hearing include eating noises" said Kurai before blocking an incoming slash of a skeleton's sword and slicing the skeleton's neck "this Dolores from Encanto must have been suffering from hearing everything in her area with her powers"
[Powers are not just blessings but sometimes it's a curse, like Immortality with infinite life but everybody around you dies of old age except you]
[Though hearing someone eating with super hearing is a little annoying to some, it's also beneficial to some, as an example, someone with super hearing can use their powers to detect what their target is doing, whether it's eating, showering, etc, once they've found that their target is in a vulnerable situation, they'll have the upper hand and strike fast]
"Well i understand but….fair point" said Kurai before directly stabbing a skeleton in the head
Kurai lunges toward a skeleton and stabbed it's spine, the skeleton tries to attack Kurai but unable to reach him due to sword in its spine
"Well well well it seems like you're a decoration now" said Kurai before slashing his sword upwards slicing half of the skeleton's spine and it's head
2 skeleton arrived behind Kurai and tries to slash Kurai but due to his super hearing Kurai manages to dodge their attacks by jumping forward then Kurai turns around and horizontally sliced the skeleton's head off
"Easy peasy" said Kurai
Suddenly two skeleton hand surfaced beneath Kurai's position and grabs his legs, then slowly the ground softens like quicksand then the skeleton hands drags him inside the ground
"Motherf***er, where the hell are you guys coming from" said Kurai "I ain't dying from quicksand you little bastards"
Kurai ripped the skeleton hands grabbing his legs with his bare hands then stabs his sword inside the quicksand like ground to make sure that there weren't any more skeleton hands or skeletons
Kurai crouches a little bit and tries to jump from the quicksand ground but is unable to escape from it
"Hey Captain Tyg, I need some help" said Kurai "I'm stuck in some kind of quicksand like ground and is slowly being consumed by it! I really need some help"
Captain Tyg inside the tent still eating "…..imma finish my food first"
"What!" said Kurai "I can hear from here you dips**t! what do you mean you'll finish your food first, I'm being eaten by the damn ground!"
Captain Tyg rushingly finishes his food then goes out the camp tent "Okay okay fine I'll help you"said Captain Tyg before reaching out his hand "Grab my hand Kurai"
Kurai grabs Tyg's hand and slowly gets out of the quicksand ground
"So what happened here?" asked Captain Tyg
"While i was killing the skeletons that were attacking suddenly two skeleton hands appeared from the ground and grabbed my legs, then the ground beneath me transformed into something like quicksand and slowly being swallowed by it" said Kurai "and i would've been swallowed by it if you continued your "eating" you dips**t"
"Well at least your safe now and not eaten by it" said Captain Tyg
"....You know what your next patrol now, I'm going to eat now" said Kurai
"Fine" said Captain Tyg
Night passes, the two dismantled their tent and continued their adventure
"We've been walking for hours now but it's still only grasslands with graves in this area" said Kurai
"Well this is probably a battlefield so this must stretch for miles" said Captain Tyg
("Hey system, is there any chance that you have a map function in your functions?" asked Kurai")
[I'm not a dungeon game system, Host]
[But I do sense anomalous activity a couple miles ahead of you]
("Finally some action" said Kurai)
The two walked and walked across the grasslands, full of graves and broken weaponry until both of them noticed a couple of structures ahead
"You see what I'm what seeing?" asked Captain Tyg
"I'm not blind, of course I see it" said Kurai
"It looks like some kind of village?"
"Probably" said Captain Tyg "Let's go there"
The two continued their walk and arrived at the structures
"So it is a village but it's small and super abandoned" said Kurai
"There's a total of 17 buildings, 16 houses and a big building that's probably their village hall" said Captain Tyg "We split up and check 8 houses, then we meet up at the entrance of the village hall, got it?"
"I'll take the west side" said Kurai
The two splits up and checks the houses
Kurai reaches the first house and opens the door…..suddenly a corpse looking man appeared holding a rapier and stabbed Kurai in his right shoulder
"*groans* Son of a b****" said Kurai groaning in pain
Kurai runs away from the house by a couple feet and gets SCP-127 from his inventory
The corpse man slowly walks towards Kurai, pointing it's rapier at Kurai
*growl* *growl*
"What is this a zombie?" said Kurai "This ain't walking dead boy"
Kurai shoots the "zombie" in the head and is immediately killed
"It is a zombie, one shot in the head and it's already dead" said Kurai "Was there a zombie infection or something? Is that why there's a battlefield here that stretches for miles? because of a zombie invasion?"
"First i have to check every house in this side then I'll meet with Tyg" said Kurai
