The Cosmos was vast, its space stretching infinitely, and within this endless expanse where the concept of direction was almost meaningless, a single entity drifted through the vacuum.
They were a humanoid figure cloaked in a long, black, hooded robe. They had no visible face, only a dark void where one should've been, with two glowing, iridescent lights where eyes should've existed.
Held within their hands was a paper book, and as they drifted through the emptiness without any apparent destination, they silently turned its pages.
The light of the innumerable stars filled the darkness around them, while also illuminating the enormous hyperverse "below" them, the cradle of the continuously expanding complex multiverses of the Cosmos that encompassed the endlessly increasing number of universes scattered across the fabric of existence.
