once upon a time, there live a girl called Irene,Irene was the most beautiful girl but she never taunt those who were ugly.
their family was made of beauty ,Irene elder sister Lorene was too proud and those who were ugly she would make fun of them
Lorene friend's would follow her everywhere and you would shield her from sun
Lorene was so jealous of Irene because Irene was more beautiful and everyone one would praise her beauty
one day Irene and Lorene were on their way farm when they meet an old woman sitting near a river near their farm trying to lift a firewood by herself, Lorene let's go and help her;Irene said
who would I help that ugly old woman; Lorene said
then I will go help her; Irene said
then go; Lorene replied smiling evilly as Irene had went to help the old woman
morning wise one; Irene greeted
morning my child ;the old woman said
what are you doing here all by yourself and trying to lift this firewood by yourself ; Irene asked while helping the old woman lift the firewood,the old woman thought Irene was going help her lift it but she wasn't expecting Irene to help her carried down there
where is your house I will help you carry it there ;Irene asked smiling

it was late and Irene wasn't back, while Lorene had arrived very early.
Lorene where is your sister;their mom asked
she told me not to tell you but I saw her with a man inside the bush ,I told we should go to farm but told me she was going to meet with her man;Lorene lied
Irene said that,that girl um mm,let her come back first;their mother said
when Irene reached the old woman hut ,that's when she realize that she was late.
am sorry,but I need to go;Irene said
okay,thank you my beautiful daughter; the old woman said.
Irene reached and she was welcomed by dirty water being thrown on her body.

Irene was shocked, confused and speechless

Lorene laughed seeing that sister was being flogged and sat down eating .
the next day ,a suitor came to ask for Irene hand in marriage.

many suitor had come and she rejected them, Irene couldn't keep up with everything so she decided to run away.
so early that morning ,when no one was awake she packed her luggage and ran away .
after she had ran for hour, she was tired, she decided to rest after she was sure she had gone far away from her house ,she rested under a tree.
a farmer saw Irene and offered her water and she accepted it.

I ran away and I don't have anywhere to go; Irene said and explained what had happened.
the farmer decided to help her,he took her to his house and treated her like his daughter ,he didn't have anyone.
Two Years later Irene decided to go back to her place but she didn't have the mind to tell to tell the farmer.
that afternoon Irene and the farmer were on their way to farm.
she had learn to call him dad through those years.
dad,I wish to go back to my place;Irene said
hmm,I know this day would come, so you can go;the farmer said.
the next morning Irene parked all her stuff and begin her journey.
