Just like the buildings that crumble by the appearance of the invaders, The spirits of the people fell by their world slowly reaching its end. Every building, human, and animal coming to an end. Yet Travis wanted to see something. Something so visually unappealing to anyone but someone like him. Something so honest to him.
*@@…@@@...?!!*
"I think this is close enough." "..... uh huh."
So it began to crawl out of its cage, this something that he had been waiting for. It began to appear in front of him this something that is oh so special to him. The something that was his caffeine in the morning.
",&@!$&."
But while Travis was staring in aw she was terrified by the gruesome sight of this four eyed monster. Its dark blue head shaped like a discombobulated squid. Every dark green scale that was as sharp as an insult that hits in all the right ways. That green was so dark it was almost black. Every small cluster of holes on its face that seemed as if it could eat a planet. Every claw so symmetrically wrong yet perfect for precise cuts. Every leg thin like a crack addict. And yet the creatures torso seemed so human why was that? Every arm was pulsating from carrying its dead comrade. It was leaking strange yellow juices that a had disturbing smell like a dead animal rotting in its cage. What seemed to be maggots crawled out of the small clusters of holes only making the stench worse.
She stood there terrified at the sight of such an ugly creature. It wasn't scary to her just disturbing. She wished she could disappear and delete the memory of such an existence.
Travis stood there mesmerized at the wonderful creature. What are the possibilities. He saw every feature of its body and viewed it as a work of art. So this abstract piece of art walked towards them slowly dropping his comrade on the asphalt. Every step it took surprising had a thick sound as if it was causing earthquakes with every step.
"You know I don't wanna die just yet so lets dip real quick."
She was to scared to move. She felt that if she made a subtle movement she would seize to forget such a vile image. So Travis grabbed her and took off, almost flying, all because he wanted to see the peek of the Invaders era.
He saw the streets cracked as if a massive earthquake had just happened. And was only sinking deeper into this obsession of his.
"Looks like it stopped chasing us." "… ahh … aghhhh! What was that…"
She lost it. Crying out of the top of her lungs. Almost bursting Travis's eardrums. She had never witnessed such a disturbing image. Her mind was filled with such a disturbing image. And her heart filled with regret, sadness, and anger. All she thought was…. "Kill me"
