Today my therapist suggested I meditate to help relieve stress.
After my appointment, I arrived home and looked up a tutorial on how to meditate and sat down on my floor in the position they described, closed my eyes, and began to breathe in the steady rhythm provided by the video. Instead of feeling blank like the video described, It felt like I had fallen into a shallow pool in my mind.
I stared into the "sky" of my mind pool and saw trillions of stars, It was indescribably beautiful, almost as if I had been sent out into deep space, and was just looking at everything there was to see. It felt... Paralyzing. Almost, too beautiful. I realized I couldn't move!
"I WANT TO GET OUT!" I screamed in my mind-pool for no one to hear

I have lost track of time, I am paralyzed, I have grown numb to the beauty of the stars and still cannot get out of my own headspace
