The Primeval Deities were the ones who understood their true potential and purpose, and thus, they called them by a different name – Unyielding Vaengir.
However strange, the Aspire to Divine, who had battled them, called them Zephyrs.
Prime Worlders, who were tended to by them, called them Garden Saints.
The conclusion Skullius came to from this revelation:
'This is extremely bad.'
If Gylliard was to be believed, it took multiple Radicals to restrain one Zephyr, so the threat this represented in Breaking Chasm #59 was immense. No wonder Thornke was furious with Thyrgga.
But there was something even more sinister than the direct danger the Vaengir posed.
The whole reason Skullius was here was because he'd been coerced by DRADPAS, ABBON and SVEERCUSK. They wanted him as a spy, disguising their goal as the destruction of Breaking Chasm #59.
