The war drums echoed, and within the crevices of the void appeared scenes from the opposing world.
In the void, on each of the gigantic battle islands, black drums one after another were set up. The drums were dozens of zhang in size, their surfaces forged from ancient beast hide, inscribed with eerie demon patterns. Standing in front were towering cultivators, holding a drumstick in each hand.
They swung the drumsticks in their hands, striking heavily on the drum surfaces, producing terrifying sounds. The dominating demonic melodies spread in all directions like ripples on water.
The demon patterns on the war drums flickered, countless demon god phantoms appeared in the void, and innumerable demon shadows flickered, transforming into horrifying images.
