:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
The Asgardian soldiers stood frozen in place, their eyes still fixed on the empty sky where the Star Sea Map had just disappeared.
For a moment—
No one spoke.
Then, confusion broke the silence.
"What… what was that?" one soldier finally asked, his voice unsteady.
"That thing… it just vanished…" another muttered, still staring upward as if expecting it to return.
"Hateful… he escaped again," someone growled, clenching their weapon tightly.
Among the soldiers, a few who had encountered Earth before suddenly stiffened.
"That… looked like the Tesseract," one of them said slowly.
Another immediately reacted, disbelief clear in his tone. "Impossible… the Tesseract shouldn't be here."
A third soldier's expression darkened. "If that really was the Tesseract… how did it end up in his hands?"
Before anyone could answer—
Crack!
A sharp sound echoed across the battlefield.
The thick layer of ice surrounding Odin began to fracture, spreading rapidly with visible cracks. In the next moment, the frozen shell shattered completely, pieces falling away like broken glass.
Odin stepped forward from within the broken ice, his expression calm—but there was no hiding the exhaustion in his eyes.
"That was indeed the Tesseract," he said slowly. "We should never have left it on Earth… it has now become his tool."
"Your Majesty, are you alright?" several soldiers asked at once, concern evident in their voices.
Odin shook his head slightly.
"I am fine," he replied, though his tone carried a heaviness. "The one truly injured… is Asgard."
Silence fell again.
Everyone turned their eyes toward the surroundings.
The once-glorious Immortal Palace—
Was gone.
Where golden halls and magnificent structures once stood, there were now only ruins. Collapsed buildings, broken pillars, and scorched ground stretched as far as the eye could see. Smoke rose into the sky, and the air still carried the scent of destruction.
Fandral let out a long sigh, his usual confident expression replaced by disbelief.
"To think… a single human could do this to Asgard," he said quietly. "I never imagined such a thing."
Sif stood nearby, silent.
Her gaze remained fixed on the ruins, but her thoughts were elsewhere.
This… is my fault.
She clenched her fists slightly.
She had brought Jack to Asgard—whether intentionally or not. And now, everything had been reduced to this.
Regret.
Guilt.
They weighed heavily on her.
I will kill him, she thought firmly. Only then… can I atone.
Meanwhile—
Far away from Asgard—
The Tesseract's power surged through space.
As a gateway between worlds, it connected distant realms instantly. Jack had vanished from Asgard—but somewhere else in the universe, an exit point would appear.
And Jack was not careless.
Before coming to Asgard, he had already prepared his escape route—
On Earth.
---
At the top floor of Hammer Industries—
Three women sat together on a wide sofa.
Alice leaned slightly forward, her brows faintly furrowed. "It's been ten days… and there's still no news of Jack?"
White Queen shook her head.
"I've accessed nearly every network on Earth," she said calmly. "Surveillance systems, satellites, hidden cameras… nothing. No trace of him."
She paused briefly before adding, "He may have left this world."
Ada immediately frowned. "He didn't just abandon us here, did he?"
"Relax," White Queen replied with a faint smile. "When I say he left this world, I don't mean he returned to Villain Space."
She leaned back slightly.
"He likely entered another Marvel dimension," she continued. "Remember what he said—the Nine Realms connected by the World Tree."
Alice's eyes narrowed slightly. "You mean… Asgard?"
"Exactly," White Queen nodded. "The realm of the Aesir in Norse mythology. That's where he most likely went."
Ada crossed her arms, her tone shifting slightly. "Then… could he be in danger?"
White Queen chuckled softly.
"That guy?" she said. "He's smarter than most people give him credit for. If anything, I'm more worried about whoever he runs into."
She tilted her head playfully.
"He'll come back. We just need to wait."
Ada clicked her tongue lightly. "Still… that idiot really knows how to make people worry."
Alice smirked faintly. "You sound pretty concerned."
"I'm not," Ada said immediately, turning her face away. "Who would worry about him?"
Alice raised an eyebrow. "Sure… and that means you definitely don't like him, right?"
Ada shot her a look. "Don't push it."
White Queen suddenly spoke up with a mischievous smile.
"I recorded that," she said.
Both Alice and Ada froze.
"Recorded what?" Ada asked slowly.
White Queen's smile widened. "Everything you just said."
She leaned forward slightly.
"When Jack comes back, I'll play it for him. I'm sure he'll enjoy hearing how much you 'don't care' about him."
"YOU—!" Ada immediately lunged forward, grabbing White Queen's face.
"Stop talking nonsense!"
White Queen puffed her cheeks. "I'm not! I even recorded what you two said last time—"
"Don't!" Alice and Ada shouted at the same time.
They exchanged a glance—
Then both stared at White Queen.
"Delete it," Alice said calmly.
"Now," Ada added, flames faintly flickering in her palm.
White Queen blinked innocently.
"Why? I think it's interesting."
Neither of them moved.
The threat was clear.
White Queen sighed dramatically. "You two are just like Jack… always bullying me. I'm really pitiful."
"Stop acting," Alice said flatly.
White Queen pouted, then waved her hand. "Fine, fine. I deleted it."
"Really?" Ada asked suspiciously.
"Of course," White Queen said solemnly.
(Backup saved.)
"Good," Alice said. "We'll believe you this time."
White Queen smiled sweetly.
"Oh, right," she added casually. "I found something else."
"What?" Ada asked.
"Pepper," White Queen said. "She's no longer with Jack. But instead of going back to Tony Stark, she's currently with a woman named Jane Foster."
Alice thought for a moment. "Maybe she knows something."
Ada nodded. "Should we go ask her?"
White Queen shrugged. "You can. But I doubt you'll learn anything new. If my guess is right, Jack went to Asgard."
Alice stood up.
"Even so… we should confirm it."
Ada stretched slightly. "Yeah, and honestly, I'm bored anyway. Might as well move around."
White Queen suddenly paused.
"Wait."
Both of them turned.
"What is it?"
White Queen's eyes flickered with streams of data.
"I've detected something," she said, her tone turning serious. "A powerful spatial fluctuation… over the southernmost sea region of South America."
Alice's expression changed immediately.
"Could that be related to Jack?"
"I don't know," White Queen replied. "But it's worth checking."
She stood up.
"We're going there. Now."
"Using Justin's private plane?" Ada asked.
White Queen nodded.
The three of them moved immediately.
---
Meanwhile—
In New Mexico, Puente Antiguo—
Jane stared at her computer screen.
The image displayed was unstable, flickering with interference.
"This location…" she muttered. "It's in the southernmost ocean region of South America."
Pepper looked over. "What's wrong?"
Jane stood up abruptly.
"We need to go there," she said quickly. "Right now."
Pepper didn't hesitate. "I'm coming with you."
---
Elsewhere—
Inside a hidden S.H.I.E.L.D. facility—
An agent sat before a computer, her expression serious.
"Sir," she reported, "we've detected a strong spatial anomaly over the southernmost sea region of South America."
A bald man wearing an eyepatch stepped forward.
Nick Fury.
"Hill," he said calmly, "send a team immediately."
"Yes, sir."
---
Something—
Was about to happen.
And this time—
Everyone was heading toward the same place.
