Upon seeing the plus signs, Lin Xinghai tapped the "+" next to his High Level Shooting Skill proficiency with almost no hesitation.
"DING! Spend 1,000 points of Blood Qi Power to increase proficiency?"
As Lin Xinghai selected "Yes," his High Level Shooting Skill proficiency instantly increased by 1%, and a flood of knowledge rushed into his mind.
Only a small portion of this knowledge pertained to shooting techniques. The rest was almost entirely focused on how to better condense and compress his Blood Qi Power to infuse it into his bullets.
Before, Lin Xinghai could only compress 1% of his Blood Qi Power, but now he could condense and compress a full 2% into a single bullet.
'Great. Let's see how high I can raise this proficiency.' Lin Xinghai processed the new memories in his mind. It was just as he had guessed. Without another moment of hesitation, he began furiously tapping the plus sign.
