To be honest, everyone was a little terrified by the news Lin Xinghai delivered.
The saying goes that when the sky falls, the tall ones will hold it up, but they doubted whether those "tall ones" could actually bear the weight—or bear it completely.
After all, the Mutated Zombies still held an absolute advantage in terms of numbers.
Now, they were even amassing more forces. The Abyssal Passage hadn't closed, and a steady stream of Abyssal Creatures and Mutated Zombies was still pouring out.
No one knew just how terrifying it would be when the enemy finally launched their premeditated attack.
So, Lin Xinghai's words didn't offer them much comfort.
Lin Xinghai frowned at the sight and was about to say more, but Liu Miaomiao spoke up first. "We're far better prepared than any other squad. Plus, we have Ah Xing. Our chances of survival are much higher, even if we run into trouble. If they're not scared, then we have no reason to be."
