The lines formed by the starlight were, of course, the Starlight Chain cast by Qian Xingxiu.
Starlight Chain was an extremely powerful Control Ability. It could be cast almost instantly, with no delay.
More importantly, it was a form of absolute Strong Control. The Superpower contained within the Starlight Chain couldn't be broken until it was completely exhausted.
In a one-on-one situation against an enemy of the same level, Qian Xingxiu's Superpower reserves were enough to immobilize them for up to half a minute before he ran out.
Of course, the Fourth Level Mutated Zombie was a full three major levels above him. Normally, even if he exhausted all his Superpower, he couldn't hold it for even an instant. However, things were different when Qian Xingxiu was piloting his Rare Level Mecha.
Once the Starlight Chain Superpower was amplified twentyfold, the chains it produced were no longer thin threads but as thick as a thumb, their restraining power massively increased.
