Zhou Yun understood immediately.
It means Zhou Lan plans to prepare the script and cast himself, and then find someone else to take over.
This way, it saves him the time of sitting at home waiting for others to send scripts and choose scripts.
It's a solution.
Zhou Yun said, "This is good."
"Yeah, I want to do this because Xiao Jing is currently stuck in a situation where she can't get good scripts and doesn't want to make bad ones," Zhou Lan said. "We might as well do it ourselves and be self-sufficient."
Zhou Yun responded with a hum.
"Regarding this matter, I've talked with Wu Chengbao. If either of us finds a good script or story that's not suitable for us to produce, we'll pass it to the other," Zhou Lan said. "This way, we can be more efficient, and the key issue is that Wu Chengbao has always had a funding shortage. I plan to invest in their projects."
Zhou Yun said, "That's a good idea."
"Hmm."
