The Blood River traverses the entire Blood River Fortress, over a hundred miles wide at its broadest and less than ten miles at its narrowest, yet its waters are turbulent and deep, with the force of a rushing river.
Ye Zhen's army was retreating, while the Seventh Crown Prince Congyun's army was in pursuit, with the distance between the two forces decreasing.
Finally, as they approached the skies above the Blood River, the distance between the two armies shrank to less than a thousand miles.
At this rate, in no more than fifteen minutes, the Seventh Crown Prince Congyun's army would catch up to Ye Zhen's forces and launch an attack.
"Ye Zhen, stop running!"
"If you're still a man, then face me head-on and fight to the end!"
"Rest assured, I won't take advantage of you. You have sixty thousand troops, and I will use sixty thousand as well!" Seeing that he was catching up to Ye Zhen, the Seventh Crown Prince Congyun was in high spirits.
