"What's wrong?"
"Nothing." She flashed a smile, considerate and understanding, "Don't drink too much, and come back early tonight!"
"Mm."
After hanging up the phone, Alice Robinson shrugged in disappointment.
She had originally planned to tell him about the pregnancy tonight, but since he had a social engagement, he wouldn't be back early. It seemed she would have to wait to tell him when he returned.
"Miss Robinson, if there are no other instructions, I'll head down." The servant beside her maintained a smile, speaking respectfully.
Alice nodded, but as the servant turned to leave, Alice suddenly said, "Wait."
The servant turned back, "Miss Robinson, is there something you need?"
Alice smiled and said, "I'm feeling a bit bored. Why don't you chat with me for a while?"
"Certainly, Miss Robinson."
The servant respectfully stood next to Alice.
Alice kindly suggested, "Have a seat, don't be so reserved."
