Jing Hanchuan was speechless; the crabs they've been raising this year, Yun Hezhi didn't take less, and today he took quite a few more.
...
Crabs are cold in nature and not suitable for people with colds or fevers, so all these crabs were sent to the Fan Family.
Fan Mingjue then realized that the crabs his daughter often brought home before were probably given by Yun Hezhi; he's not a big fan of them and usually gave them to the Jiang Family. But now the situation is different, since it's a gift from his son-in-law, he naturally has to eat them.
The Fan Family cooked the crabs and naturally invited Yun Hezhi to stay for dinner at home.
Yun Hezhi also took the opportunity to tell the Fan Family that his parents wanted to come to Beijing to meet them.
The Fan Family is not foolish; Yun Hezhi's family is in Pingjiang, coming and going would be tiring and torturous.
