"I...I think she is in love with someone else, Gena. Why would a girl like her be in love with a nomadic human like me? I bet there are hundreds if not thousands of demons for her back in Hell who know her true value." He had said.
"Wow. Look at you admitting as if YOU don't know her true value. Make up your mind!" Gena yelled back at him, playfully. He sighed.
"I don't know, Gena. I don't feel enough for her. She's WAY out of my league. She's...She's like a Queen with her own missions and agendas while I'm just a nomad who's just strong enough to kill Shifters. I don't even know myself!" He exclaimed. Oh, my heart breaks when he talks about himself like that.
He's never talked lowly about himself in front of me. As if he's afraid I'd judge. As if I would look down on him.
