If being a pain in the ass was a creature, it sure was an angel. Not any other angel. The first flame of Seraphim himself.
"Are you serious, Azraekael? I thought we had a deal. And what's with you kidnapping my brother and keeping him hostage? Isn't he one of your own?" I asked the Seraphim and the Cherubims. They looked at each other awkwardly.
"We have to keep one of our own because he is the only link between you and our God, dear Devil..." Ophareil, the silence himself, whispered.
"What the fuck is wrong with these people...?" Cyrus looked at them with anger and disgust. I would too. But I understood what they were implying.
